We’ll bask in the sunshine of the Italian seaside in this delicious cooking class. We’ll be making fresh pasta dough, cutting it into shape, and bringing it together with delicate clams and a bright, lemony white wine sauce. Accompaniments include a sweet & savory starter and a freeform fruity crostata that will exercise your pastry skills and dance on your palate.
