In this class, we’ll be turning up the heat! From cutting noodles to making spicy sauces, we’ll explore the satisfyingly zippy flavors made famous in southwest China.
We’re not kidding. This class is perfect for those folks who love a spicy dish.. we’ll be using hot chilies, Szechuan peppercorns, garlic and other traditionally Sichuan ingredients, bringing together a harmonious blend of citrus, floral, and spicy notes that will tingle the tongue.
Menu: Mapo Tofu ; Dan Dan Noodles with Mushrooms ; Kung Pao Chicken
