From rice dishes and vegetables to the country’s wide array of chutneys and raitas, flavorful side dishes and herby condiments round out every Indian table. In this class, we’ll explore warm and complex Indian flavors brought to life in humble and accessible side dishes.
This party-style class allows you to take turns enjoying the cooking process as well as enjoying the food together with a family-style dinner.
