Create a show-stopping holiday dessert that’s equally delicious and beautiful. In this three-hour class, we’ll teach you how to create Bûche de Noël—a traditional Christmas Yule log cake. We’ll make this sophisticated cake from scratch: making the sponge cake and an Italian buttercream, then learning how to assemble it. To finish, we’ll make sugared cranberries to decorate your yule log. By the end of class, you’ll have a special cake to bring to your next holiday gathering.
