Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Catrine Roen is an award-winning pastry chef. After nearly twenty years in New York City restaurants, with accolades ranging from New York Times reviews to Best Dessert Revival for her rhubarb creations, Catrine is leveraging her background as a Pastry Arts instructor at French Culinary Institute in Soho, NYC and a love for baking to the benefit of her Wisconsin-based baking courses.
